Shake it thoroughly, then apply one coat onto cleansed nails to increase polish adhesion and prevent staining. Complete your manicure with the Infinite Shine Gloss Top Coat. After a thorough shake, apply one even coat to add glossy, gel-like shine and up to 11 days of chip-resistant wear.

Comparing OPI Infinite Shine to OPI Nail Lacquer:

OPI Infinite Shine is best known for its gel-like wear and high-gloss shine, ease of application and removal, and longer wear and shine, lasting up to 11 days. OPI Nail Lacquer, on the other hand, offers up to 7 days of wear and shine, with a broader shade assortment of over 230 colors.

For the Infinite Shine system, the recommended base coat is the OPI Infinite Shine Primer, and the recommended top coat is the OPI Infinite Shine Gloss. For the Nail Lacquer system, the recommended base coat is the OPI Natural Nail Base Coat, and the recommended top coat is the OPI Top Coat.

To properly prep the nail for your Infinite Shine or Nail Lacquer manicure, start by pushing back the cuticles and cleaning the nail plate, removing any hangnails or dead tissue. Cleanse the nails with the OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S 99 Nail Cleansing Solution to get perfectly prepped nails.

Avoid bubbles in your manicure by allowing each coat of Nail Lacquer to dry before applying the next. If the previous coats are still wet, they will continue to dry under the new coat, resulting in air bubbles getting trapped in between.

To prevent streaky Infinite Shine application, use the Three Stroke Method: apply the polish in the center, then on the sides, using enough polish on the brush for the three strokes, but not too much to flood the cuticles.

If you experience cuticle flooding with your OPI Nail Lacquer, easily remove the excess polish by dipping a brush or Q-tip into Expert Touch Lacquer Remover and cleaning around the cuticle.

If your OPI Infinite Shine color has become thick, you can use Nail Lacquer thinner to thin it out. However, it's not recommended to use the thinner on the Infinite Shine Primer or Gloss, as it may interfere with the gel technology.
